Crooked Symmetry (3.7%) is a crisp little lager brewed with 100% oak smoked wheat. This light, bright beer inspired by Grodziskie (aka Polish “champagne”) is delightfully complex & refreshing, marrying a soft, fluffy mouthfeel and smooth smokiness with a crisp, thirst-quenching finish.
