Notes

I design brand identities, packaging, labels and merchandise, and I build the websites and software tools around them. Restaurants, breweries, coffee roasters, entertainment brands and small local businesses make up most of the client list.

Since 2016 most of that work went out under Plants and Chairs, the studio I started. plantsandchairs.com is now the studio's store, and this site is where the work lives. Plants and Chairs is one of the things I have built; the others are in the list above.

I like jobs where the thing has to get printed, cut, folded and stocked, and where a rough idea can be tested the same week. I build my own tools when the job repeats: label generators, proofers, a walking-trail app, a 3D gallery made of cones and spheres.
